  Far more than just picking a location, finding accommodations and flights then pushing 'Book Now', travel design is a deliberate process. We get to know our clients, learn their desires and concerns, find their 'must haves' and then work with them to build an experience that will leave them refreshed, satisfied and inspired to start working on the next one!

STEP BY STEP

step one: reach out

The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our New Travel Request form. This will include your contact information as well as an overview of what you'd like for your travel experience

step two: discuss your trip

After receiving your inquiry form, we will email you a link to our calendar to set up our intake call. During this call, we will go over more details of your trip, agree on the planning fee and when you can expect the initial proposal. 

step three: review your proposal

Consider this the first draft! This proposal is based on your client form and our intake call. We create it based on our knowledge and extensive research to match what you've envisioned. From there, we will dial in every component to your satisfaction!

step four: confirm your itinerary

Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependaent on your departure date as well as the partner(s) the trip was booked through.
